Privacy information

Expert Decking uses your name, email address, phone number, site address and project description to respond to your enquiry. All five fields are required. Lisa receives enquiries and handles customer contact and follow-up. The form also records its source page, submission time and delivery status.

Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps a private recovery copy of your enquiry in its database. Resend delivers the notification directly to our Google mailbox at lisa@expertdecking.com.au, with your email address as the reply address.

The website’s recovery copy is removed after 90 days by routine cleanup. Database recovery backups can retain earlier versions for up to a further 30 days before they expire. Mailbox records and the email provider’s delivery logs have separate retention periods.

Cloudflare records technical request and traffic information to operate and secure its hosting. We have not added advertising trackers or a separate visitor analytics service, and we do not send your form answers to analytics. A short-lived, hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions; our enquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.
